Court of Public Opinion

The verdict coming down 'not guilty', has left a lot of people in this county thinking "How in the world?" Others more involved than myself believe racism is the cause, as you may have read some of the headlines, "All-white jury...not guilty". Although I think it is obvious race has played a roll in this case, most importantly on January 5th, 2006, I'm persuaded to believe it is the result of a somewhat unique situation, exclusive to Bay County.
