About this site
This site was created in the memory of young Martin Lee Anderson. The controversy surrounding his tragic death has only grown since that horrible day. Somewhere between politics and science, it has become more about differing autopsy reports, than the life of this young man.
In addition, to publicly and consistently challenge those who stifle the conversation with misinformation or move the facts around to make the conclusion fit.
I did not know Martin, or any of his friends or family. I am not benefiting in any way from this. Coming to this point has taken some time. There is a real debate, to a certain extent.
There is no debating a number of facts, some of which by them self, in my opinion, are clear grounds for a criminal trial. All of which are valid arguments, no matter what your medical degree is.
All things being equal, we are in search of the truth. There has been a lot of things said, inaccuracies from all sides of the argument, some by accident while others are deliberate. I cannot say anything is for certain, with respect to Martin's death. I doubt anyone truly can. Even these different doctors are only giving their opinions. All I can offer is mine, and I have provided the information I have used to form it.
The fight is not over. The verdict in the state criminal proceeding did not change the truth. What happened to Martin Lee Anderson on January 5, 2006 will not be forgotten. Our commitment to justice has not wavered.
The research in this matter continues, and now more than ever there is an urgency to find justice for Martin. The criminal case revealed a vast amount of information, and it is our goal to obtain a complete record of the entire proceeding for further analysis. All of which will be made available here for anyone to review.
We are currenty producing a documentary, in which we will show exactly what happened to Martin Lee Anderson, step by step. The science behind his death is overwelming, and the evidence will bring the debate to an end. The information has to be delivered to the public, we must do everything we can to assure that happens. Your desire to support this cause is truly inspiring, and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
